Activity 1: Hands-on Exercise

Objective: To implement the skills acquired during the course, and practically experience the convenience brought in by AI for information collection and organization.

Task: Create a mock project, and use the learned AI skills to gather and organize information. The project could be a fictitious travel plan, a diet plan, a budget for an event, etc.
